Project Briefs
The TYFO® Fibrwrap® Composite Systems have been used in over 500 projects to strengthen, upgrade and protect more than 1000 structures in the Asia Pacific region since 1994. These include building columns, beams, slabs, and walls; bridges, flyovers, piers, piles, chimneys, silos, water tanks, pipes and jetties.
With a wide selection of TYFO® SEH e-glass, TYFO® SCH carbon as well as TYFO® SAH aramid systems available, the TYFO® Systems have been used successfully to retrofit these structures due to aging and concrete deterioration, for increase in dead and live loading, for seismic strengthening, for blast mitigation and for corrosion protection.
